About the Role:
Join Office Pride of Prospect-Shelbyville as an Outside Sales Representative, where you'll have the opportunity to drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients. This dynamic role allows you to showcase your sales skills while representing a trusted leader in the commercial cleaning industry.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Louisville, Shelbyville and Southern Indiana areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase our cleaning services and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Door to door cold calling on targeted businesses from supplied lead lists.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma required; 
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Base Salary plus 100% commission on closes
Compensation: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
